Again what type of visa - study, work (you would have LMIA and job offer) or visitor. A passport gives you nothing. What did this person do on your behalf? Ask them. Hope you didn’t give him your passport, passport number of money.
So you have a job offer and your employer has paid $1,000 to file for a LMIA proving no one in Canada can do the job? If you have an approved LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. Did you pay this person money? What was the job offer? You may have been scammed.
Already told you above. Get a job offer, have employer file LMIA and pay $1k proving no one in Canada can do the job only you. Then with approved LMIA apply for a closed work permit. Get your employment letters, educational assessments and language test to prove you can do the job.
