I need to ask something on behalf of my friend. He got admission to Master's program with GA for 2013 Fall session at UofWindsor. Now he deferred his admission to Fall 2014 as he has been refused by the CHC at first and didn't have enough time to apply again for the study permit. Last time he received the GA approval after applying for the VISA. Now this time he can show the GA letter too. His GA is sufficient to pay his tuition fees and he can show enough money to support his studies as well. Last time CHC told that he couldn't satisfy that he will leave Canada after completion of his master degree. Hope this time he can show better country tie !!!
As he will be applying again for the VISA, can anyone tell the chances of getting the VISA this time? If anyone faced such problem earlier, do let us know the scenario.
