I received my BVL on October 27th and didn't get any update on the result yet. Any idea how long will it take to get the result now? Also, Is there a number to contact IRCC directly from India?

Processing is 12-14 weeks. What do you need to know for IRCC agents? They can’t expedite the file. Has the file started eligibility review? If not, you have some time yet.

So estimate 12-14 weeks from time you submitted application. If you get a response before that the you are lucky.
