My parent applied for visitors visas at the Pretoria, South Africa VFS office back in June 2023. They did there biometrics, but since then their application has not moved. We created an account on the tracker and there is shows the last update as June 20, 2023.
The processing time on the website is sometime like 160 days, which has long since past. We've had to delay the trip once and may have to do it again. We've sent numerous email, webforms, phone call with no hope. Even reached out to our MP, no reply.
