I am living in San Antonio, TX and I have to apply for a Canadian Visa because I am a Turkish Citizen. Will they accept all my documents and passport if one of my friend present them to Embassy by hand if I write him an authorization letter? I don't want them to loose my passport and important documents also I have a very important meeting in 2 weeks time, I need it very quickly.
