A few things to note before I start with the questions
I am already in Canada.
My work permit is tied to current employer and expires in Jan 2021. But my contract with the company is ending this month (with little chance of extension due to pandemic).
My Canada visa already expired on 02 Mar 2020

That being said, I am now getting in job in another company. So, will I be able to do flagpoling to obtain the new work permit?
Also, I've seen that the online visa application process has been changed and they are asking different questions.
What is to be attached under "Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered " ?
Any help and suggestions are welcome.
