Virtual Landing delay

Good day,

My dependent outland spouse received stamped passport and ECOPR about 2 months through PNP program and my application is also approved but I'm yet to receive my Portal request (Virtual landing). IRCC agent don't suggest that my spouse come to Canada before my ECOPR .

I am wondering if anyone has been in similar situation where outland spouse has travelled and had no issues at the Border.

I received the RFV and then I informed CIC through the webform that I am in Canada. It has been almost two months, and I have not yet received the email from virtual landing, and my wife is overseas. She has submitted the materials to the local visa center and has obtained the COPR, and the deadline for the validity of the documents is June 21. Now I am also worried that if she has to come to Canada before that, but my landing has not been completed, what will happen to her when she enters the country
