VFS status Change without Decision Made..................!!!

Dear Forum Members,

There is not Decision Made on my status. However, MY passport has been Dispatched from NDVO through VFS and is in Transit.
and Status on VFS is like this,'' Passport dispatched by OC Delhi OC on 24/01/2014 and is in Transit." Why this is so without Decision Made in E-case Status? if any one has similar case please advise me as well.

They are slow in changing the status. They will change it eventually, but they are slow in doing that.

Sending passport to New Delhi



I have applied for Canada Permanent residence under FSW Programm.
Now I was asked to submit original passport & photographs to proceed further.

So, I would like to know whether it is compulsory to transport via VFS.
Can I courier my passport directly to Canadian High Commission ??

An early reply would be appreciated.
