VFS resuming Operations in India - Passport submission tracking 2019-2020 ALL VOs.

Hello Folks,

I'm Creating this thread to track the Passport Submission for 2019 and 2020 Outland applicants, regardless of their VOs, CPC -M and NDVO, etc. Please share your timeline as soon as one received the new instructions.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, all passports will only be returned using the courier services offered by the Visa Application Centre. The Visa Application Centre is offering courier services at a discount of 10% on the courier prices listed in the pricing table on this website. This discounted rate will only be available from 23 March 2020 until further notice.
*Service charges include all applicable local taxes and are subject to change as per government's notification.
**The CAD exchange rate is determined by the Canadian government.
New service charges became effective on 1 November 2020. All charges, including VAC fees, are non-refundable.

Looks like they will not open the VFS in Nov as well but they updated the service charge

This is the webpage where they post updates on VFS offices resuming operations. Offices opening on Nov 2 already posted. Nothing of VFS - Canada in India.

      The Finland Visa Application Centres in Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Omsk, Perm, Samara, Ufa, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg and Vyborg will resume accepting limited category short stay applications, operating on limited days for limited hours.

The centre will operate every week from Monday to Wednesday between 10 AM and 2 PM via prior appointment only.

Oh okay. Hopefully in a week or so. I was following the Pakistan trend and that’s what happened they first had limited services with passport submissions and then opened VACs. Hoping for an update on Twitter tomorrow.
