VFS New Delhi and Visa Stamping

Hi,
I got PPR mail on 22nd November.

I have been asked to submit my passport at VFS New Delhi. I have the following queries:
What is processing time of Visa stamping after we submit passport?
After stamping, how much time is given for landing? Is it like fixed for everyone or varies?
Is there any fee for visa stamping? If yes, how much in INR?

1. It takes 10 days from day your passport is delivered to Canada High Commission, Delhi. May be lesser if you submit at VFS Delhi
2. It is generally one year from day you underwent medical exam.
3. There is fee for passport transmission, courier fee ( if opted) and SMS fee (if opted). Passport transmission fee is waived off is you paid 85 CAD for biometrics at SAME VFS.
