VFS Islamabad Passport Submission Procedure

Hello seniors!
I have to submit Passports via VFS global. Can anyone please tell me the procedure? I have to take appointment or not?

I raised CSE to LVO and received below reply. VO is not mentioned in the mail. I appreciate your valuable comments in the light of your experience

"Your application is currently in a queue awaiting review at present. Applications are reviewed in the order received."
