VFS global passport submission, didn't collect height and eye color document

This document was listed in the PPR email. But at the passport submission center VFS global office the officer didn't collect it from me, and it didn't cross my mind to just give it to them. Now it's been a couple of days and I see the document I had printed is in my folder, which means I didn't submit it. I got a notification saying Canada visa application office has received my passport and is processing my request already. What should I do in this situation? Any advice is appreciated.

Check your IMM0008 application form, you must have already submitted this information under "Physical Characteristics" section. It shouldn't be a big issue. My spouse wasn't requested this information in her PPR and VFS officer did not ask for it either.

However, since you were asked to submit this information along with PP, it's better to raise a Webform and submit this information ASAP.
