VFS global Manila Close due to COVID-19 - Biometric Schedule Rescheduling

Hi guys.

Supposed to be i have my biometric schedule at VFS global manila for my TRV online application but due to COVID-19, their office is closed. i tried to reschedule it thru online but it said that rescheduling of appointment can be made only 48 hrs upon account creation. I need to complete my application within 30 days together with the biometrics otherwise it will be forfeited.

Is there anybody here in this forum has same experience as i am? Please advice me on what to do.

OP, this situation is unprecedented, and there will surely be special measures that IRCC will take for those affected. For now, 30 day deadlines have been extended to 60 days but that may change if the lockdown continues. Don’t worry about this for now, but take care of yourself.
