I just submitted my biometrics today for the first time. I did not know about the consent form and nobody at VFS Global asked me about it either.
I only had to submit my Biometric Instruction letter and appointment letter. After biometrics, I received a sticker behind my passport with biometrics ID.
Will this consent form be a problem in future or should I just ignore it?
