In consent form there are two sections - 'Applicants wishing to provide biometrics' & 'Applicants NOT wishing to provide biometrics'. What does this mean? Which one should I go with? I have already gave biometrics for previous application

Hi,

I am hearing suggestions to ignore page 4 which only has these sections in the consent form and submit only the other pages. Can you please tell me what you did for this section in the consent form?
