vfs Chandigarh speed up in processing, has started reviewing july applications

vfs Chandigarh has reviewing july applications. My friend applied on 4 july at vfs Chandigarh and got email today for interview at visa office.
I applied on 12 July paper based application at vfs Chandigarh

There is no speedup process. Every application is different than the other. Anyways good luck
