Very Urgent

Hi guys,
I had applied for Can PR under skilled worker category a year ago.As my application was received between feb and nov of 2008, they said it did not qualify under new 38 occupation list, and returned my application fee just a few weeks ago. They however kept my whole application package with them. This week, i have got a permanent job offer from Canada. So, in this scenario, i am curious if i can write them and mention this development to get my application activated, Do you guys have any suggestions?

did they send any letter - that u can re-apply .... bla..bla and attach this letter (from them)...

hoepfully u r in a better position now to apply for...

Thanks for the reply. When they returned my application fee, they did not give me any chance to reapply for etc. The scenario changed only now and i am exploring if i can write to them and request for reactivation of my application. Hopefully other friends with idea on this issue will kindly respond.

Congrats for your new offer.

Apply fresh application now with the job offer.....did your employer get HRSDC approval ? or are u getting AEO. Check that and apply ASAP.
