VERY URGENT: PRTD in Hyderabad

Hi All
Myself and family had applied for PR Renewal but hadn't received PR Cards and my family had to travel due to emergency in India. They applied for PRTD upon reaching India on 6th March along with an Urgency letter w/ proof of return tickets for 25th March. This was applied in Hyderabad.

Currently the status update is that Passports have been sent to Bangalore office (why the heck i don't know, was expecting it to be sent to Delhi). They just provided this email id BAGLR-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca for another urgency note.

With just 2 business days in hand, what can be done? difficult to postpone tickets too as we don't know when we will receive passports.

Is there anyway we can escalate this further? what can be done please advise.
Should I reach out to Canadian Consulate or should I seek help from MEA (Sushma Swaraj) ?

We have a big issues if they postpone their trip.

You should have a plan B before you travel to India in the first place. Now other than wait or contact them, what can you do?

I’m kind of in the same situation but bit different. Did any of you guys travel back to India via London with out PR card? Did you have any issues boarding the flight to India?
