Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I came Canada in March, 2007 as Skilled worker and went back to Pakistan in Sep. 2007.(6-months stay)
I stayed in Pakistan from Sep. 2007 to May. 2009 and Sponsored my wife from Canada in Jul. 2009.

During my stay in Canada and Pakistan also(Sep. 2007 - May. 2009 ), I worked as independent sub-contractor in IT field from April, 2007 - June, 2009 and attached letter from that company with sponsorship application.

Now, CHC Islamabad issued a letter to my wife stated that
"As per information on your application your sponsor's employer from April, 2007 - June 2009 was XYZ company, he was employed as data admin. It is also indicated that your sponsor was residing in Pakistan from Sep. 2007 - May. 2009. Please clarify this discrepancy."

Now my company has issued me a letter stated that "I had been working as a Database Admin from April 2007 – June 2009. As an independent sub-contactor, he doesn’t require a physical presence in office for providing the services as a database admin. He was working remotely during his presence in Pakistan. He never worked as a permanent employee of XYZ company of Canada."

Is this will be sufficient letter mentioned above or any other document will be required? I also attached Option C printout of Tax year-2008 with application.

Waiting for early reply.

I also worked for US company living in Canada. The letter from my employer said that I was transferred to work to Canada. I also was a subcontractor. that's just a wording - they shouldn't call you employee a with salary, but contractor with rate/he or income annually. I also included my US tax return as well (didn't have a Canadian one yet at the time of filing since I just moved to Canada in 2009)
To sponsor you have to live in Canada. You can add your letter stating the period you were(are) present in Canada.

As I mentioned that initially stayed in

Canada : Mar. 2007 - Sep. 2009 (6-months).
Pakistan: Sep. 2007 - May. 2009
Canada : May. 2009 - Currently living in Canada, and sponsored my wife July. 2009

Worked Remotely from April. 2007 - June. 2009 and also filed Tax Return of 2007 & 2008 and Option C printout of Tax Year-2008 also included with my application. But didn't mention on Company Letter that I had Worked Remotely.

Is this will be sufficient letter mentioned above to send to CHC, Islamabad.

The letter is good. I would also include copies of dated material like email communication, projects, other work samples that show you did work for the XYZ.
