VERY URGENT - how long to get Travel docs in Hyderabad

Hi All

Travelling to India for short emergency travel. Going for 10 days. PR is expired (have applied in urgent mode, but may not get on time). If I apply for Travel Doc in Hyderabad, would I be able to get it on time or is it very risky?

I've urgency proof for going to India (medical grounds) and also for returning back (join a new job).

Please advise immediately. Have to take decision immediately.

Did you not solve the issue last year? They won't be able to guarantee that you will receive your PR card or PRTD within that time period. I assume your best chance is the prtd but guessing they will say they will try their best but they won't guarantee that you will have it.
