So, I applied for PNP(waiting)..also want to apply CEC but if I apply for CEC and submit some docs, as birth certificate , pcc and after a while get my Provincial approval so I cancel CEC, will those documents be attached to my Provincial file from CEC file? Or those documents will be destroyed and I will have to attach again documents through provincial nomination ? Can they be transferred?
Any idea..

u have to send separate documents for both...these two files are not connected..
also...I thought PNP is faster..why ur applying for CEC

konan, as we discussed via private messaging.

PNP is better than CEC. If you are sure you will be nominated and you are sure (depending on the PNP stream) you will keep your job until CIC gives you PR, do not bother with CEC at all. Also your NOC will not reach the CAP so you can keep CEC as a second option.
Some PNP programs do not require the languge, so cheaper.

You can apply for both if you have two piecies of required documents (police certificate, birth certificate) and spare 550 dollars.

If I were you, from what I understand, I would apply under PNP only. If *censored word* happens, you are safe as you will be a holder of a BOWP soon.

Hey, pan..
I know PNP is faster and guaranteed..but I found out that with PNP one has to live in the Province till citizenship..And I was thinking to move to Alberta..

You are right guys, PNP is faster and more guaranteed also disadvantage is applicant should stay in the province till citizenship..

have to live until permanent residence from what I know.

If you are more saint than the Pope himself, apply with CEC and indicate alberta as your destination but you are making thing more difficult.
Also, Regina is much better for immigrating in my opinion. Not as many people ending up there.
You have to live in the province till citizenship..

So,

you know what to do.
CEC if moving to Alberta.
PNP if Regina.

Konan, there are two things you should be concerned about.

1. Make sure your employer recognizes your work and wants to keep you. The rest will come.
2. Put a case of vodka into your freezer and let forum experts and seniors know your address. We are like a family here and it is high time we met.
.

Barzdo dzenkuem pan..

Complicated, I have only one original documents to send..also CEC may reject me too who knows those people..

Konan,

a bunch of the people here would love to have your problems.
A good sleep will help you better than the forum.

Your case is as simple as PNP.
Yeah man..
When you ll be in Canada, let's go for Vodka straight shots..:)
