I'm wondering about a peculiar situation in applying for PGWP. A person comes to Canada for a 1yr program,
>Fall 2011-first semester
>winter 2012 - second semester (during 2nd semester he changes the program to 3yr and extends study permit till july 2014)
>Summer 2012 - official break
>Fall 2012 - Again changes course to 1yr and applies for graduation.
The date mentioned on the diploma is 27-April-2012, Final transcript is dated as 15-Oct-2012. Is it possible to apply for PGWP with these documents or is it advisable to take a new course to retain the status. Suggest a suitable solution.
