Dear friends,
I'm applying my under 2121 noc. I have all the documents required but under work related certificates, I don't have appointment letter and my resignation letter of my previous job related to 2121. As i worked in US university as a research associate, i got job confirmation over the e-mail and even my resignation was through formal e-mail.Unfortunately my e-mail id got blocked and all the information was lost. But the university gave me the reference letter in their original letter head stating all the responsibilities and duties related to 2121. University has mentioned my joining date and relieving date in the reference letter. will that be fine? But i have all the work related documents regarding my present company including my appointment letter. Please let me know at your earliest whether I will have any problem in future if they ask for missing docs.

Forgot to mention that my present company is an IT company and I work as senior project manager for software testing dept.

No it wont be a problem you dont need resignation letter anywez, as long as you have all other realted docs your are fine , just mention this in you cover letter the way you did here its fine.

Send them a cover letter explaining the same. It won't be a problem as you have reference letters which are more important for them.
