Guys, i applied "NON-Sds online", so to upload new LOA where i have to Submit Webform what i have to select 'ircc delhi' or 'ircc Bangalore' ???

Select YES that it is being processed outside Canada. Secondly, most Indian apps. are being processed at New Delhi. Notwithstanding, which ever embassy you select, it will eventually be forwarded to the current embassy, handling your file. Hope this helps.

SDS Online applications are initially dealt in Edmonton, after that they are sent back to the designated embassy for further processing.
