Hi
I have almost 10 years of experience and I have worked as teacher in 5 different schools during this time
I need to know that how visa officers or express entry would verify my experience letters.... all of them or the most recent one would be contacted

I am asking this question bc the school in which I worked from 2010 till 2014 have changed their director and is not cooperating but my recent employer is very helpful

same is the case with rest of my schools they are willing to answer emails and phones to verify that I have worked with them

Please guide me in this regard.

Thank you very much!

i think it's fair to say some employees don't leave on the best terms. however, it is their documentation-pay slips, offer letters, etc. that they can use to verify employment. if you have those and the others are willing to verify, i don't think you have any issues. senior employees also change- in fact you can contact your old one to see if he would be willing to act as a contact point for any verification.

CIC contact the employer in case they have doubts about the proofs you've provided or there is something suspicious going on in the experience letters. In most of the cases, the employers are not contacted if the documents provided are good enough.
