Verification of Status - CoPR Lost

Hi everyone, my CoPR seems to have been misplaced/lost and when applying for OCI, it is needed by BLS.

I have submitted my Verification of Status application to IRCC in February. I see that there is a 17 weeks processing time. Is anyone else in the same boat or do you know what are the actual timelines and if it differs from what IRCC says online?

Any help will be much appreciated.
