hello bangladeshi applicants!
do any of us gut experience of documents verification in our country?
do they visit physically? or do they make phone call?
could u please share the experience?

Physical Office visit seems to be very regular these days. One of my seniors working for the top mobile operator ( under NOC 0213) has his office visit last week. He was out of office , on his tour to Singapore. They came and ask for his desk . They also looked for his visiting card and talked to his supervisor.

SO People submiting forged documents influenced by the lawers should be very careful. If you do , I would like to advice a private work place and the manager of the company to be noticed.

Guys with Degrees in non IT majors are claiming to be 0213 managers by the grace of Boro Vai, Chacha, Mama, Friends. Fro them site visits are common, its hard and impossible for the CIC to believe that a guy with no IT degrees could become a 0213 manager in an organization.

0213 managers need years of Academic and Professional studying in IT fields.

So you know guys,

Employment requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering is usually required.
Several years of experience in systems analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory experience, are required.

You dont need to be from IT. If the job responsibilites support, you can apply under NOC-0213. Some telecommunication engineering professionals who are not from IT but doing responsibilites under NOC-0213 have their PR approved. All you need the proof of your office, your desk , supports from your supervisor etc.

But be prepared for a office visit for any of the NOCes you are applying for. I guess that is most important.

Relevant Education such as in IT is required as scores of 0213 claimants are applying to CIC these days and they are trying to filter out many of the non IT degree holders.
if you have followed this thread for over 2 yrs now, then you might seen plenty of non non IT applicants faced site visits.

site visits dont mean rejection. There is nothing to be worried about.

As you said, keep your manager ready about your operations and things that visiting people might ask him.

Anytime after they send you the AOR of your full docs.
Keep your desk clean, have your operational papers ready in case they wanna see them.
have your Manager ready as they might ask him about your duties which they usually.

Last but not the least, There might be no site visit at all

I have applied in NOC 0111 and recently sent my full document in CHC Singapore on May 14th. I was sales execuive for less than 4 years in a company and then promoed to Finance Manager and worked in the same company for 1.5 years till now. My query is to all of you that - is this a vital issue that a sales executive gets promoted directly to a Finance Managerand thisis why CHC Singapore will have dought and send someone for sight visit (as I know that they can send anyone anytime) . I have completed my BBA and MBA in Finance & Banking.

Another query is What about the sight visit now a days in Dhaka? Are they visit the offices near Gulshan or they visit long ways from CHC Dhaka.

Hope to get a good answer.

These days they are strict on Degrees relevant to Job.
Its only a way to filter out the scores of application they are getting everyday.

I think you shud be fine.

Site visits are more taking place in Gulshan and adjacent areas, I have heard this from at least 2 guys from this forum, I forgot their names but one of them was mocking that if his office was in Gulistan or old Dhaka, and that building had no elevator, then there would have been no chances of any visit.

Anyways, People with relevant degrees as with their Jobs and demonstrating enuf relevant certifications and trainings should not face any site visit. Site visits are really scary but I havent heard any single case where anyone got rejected for not experiencing satisfactory site visits by the CHC officials.

You have Fin BBA and MBAs, you worked for companies in good positions, there are other things you have scored in 67 pass mark which CIC's cant ignore.

I have my uncle who is a citizen and sister who is PR for last 2 years, My IELTS score is 6.5 from which I get 12 points and my total point is 71. I have submitted every single paper as asked. I showed sufficient POF for our 3 family members. One thing is only bothering me which is sight visit. I don't wat to face that. The office I have mentioned is near Mohakhali DOHS. It is a very profesional office and it has id card swapping system to enter the office premises. I have heard that VO's are recently enter the office or show photos of applicants to anyone in the office and ask if they know the appicant. they may also want to check the desk and pc of the applicant. Do ou have any idea?

thanks indeed.
but i was surprised seeing many people have been involved with the issue of "verification in Bangladesh". yes! i appreciate your sense of humor and at the same time , sense of discarding the rumor. now a days people of non -tech background are applying under such a category where a more sophisticated tech degree is strongly required, but some of us taking the case in our own way of thinking. i am sure and agree with you that those applications have aroused complex and conflicting , confusing situation before VO which results in site visits.

If you have provided sufficient and regular documents than may I ask why site visit is bothering you? Yes , my senior from GP has recently has the site visit on May. Although his collegue (another senior from GP in the same department) applied and approved six months back under NOC 0213 did not have any visit.

so embarrassing!
actually the fact is that now they want your salary slips and statements, may be a annual salary statement.if u were in a company, and if you received salary with a statement,in that case you need to show those copies of statements. that's will be fine.
nothing to be worried. take challenges easy and hope u win at last.
we are really worried . if this is the fact, immigration seems to a dilemma in future.
by the by, from which country you are? have u provided a completed job reference letter detailing all required information?
