verification call for work experience

Hi,
I believe CHC officials will call sometime during the application processing process to verify the work experience etc. Are there any particular sets of question they usually ask? Also, can we take signed experience letters from personnel who are about to leave the company. Will that cause any suspicion for the experience letter, though the facts stated are genuine.

Q : What is is designation.

Sometimes they ask
Q. What is his job duties.
