Providing the full job offer you've been given and we should be able to tell you if it is fake. Generally speaking, if you have to ask, then it's almost certainly fake. If they are offering to pay for your flight or food or accommodations, then it's fake.

Confirm you are the EMPLOYER? Did you ask to see it and their. SIN?
