I submitted my FSW application and got my AOR on Apr 19th. I have 6+ years of work experience and am a bit concerned about a job that I mentioned in work history.

I worked in a casual employment for 8 months. My manager in the reference letter mentioned that I worked 40 hours per week.
However, for 2 weeks, I worked for only 24 hours each due to Christmas and New year holidays, and for another week I worked for only 16 hours as our office was closed for 3 days after a severe weather event. Also, I didn't work for a week as I went to my home country.

I was paid on an hourly basis and my payslips reflect the lost working hours. Will the varying hours cause issues?

Hello...
Im new here so i do apologize if im posting this in the wrong thread. I was wondering if anybody could help me out here.
I got an ITA with a score of 448...however im part-time but my hours fluctuate( minimum 22.5 maximum 37.5 per week), the letter my manger wrote specifically states that my hours are min 22.5 and max 37.5. When i was creating my EE profile, i put 37.5 for my hours as it would not let me put a range. Now im wondering if i should decline ITA and put average of 30 hours instead or can i just provide LOE since it would not affect my score (?) if i change hours to 30.
Thank you in advance.

Why did you even create your profile without considering this fact? Why did you waste an ITA of a deserving candidate? You are un-necessarily creating problems for yourself my friend. What if CIC starts looking at your previous profiles and refuse your PR application? At least consult with someone before doing such mistakes. Because of these n number of decliners, CIC is not reducing the CRS and so many profiles are stuck between 430 to 440.

Range is not good to mention in the reference letter. You can change hours to 30 and it can be okay but is it possible to get a letter mentioning the average number of hours in the reference letter?
