Not only vancouver VO i think other VO also not working currently on pnp applications. We are CEC applicants currently waiting from DECEMBER.

This i really not understand we are waiting from Dec AOR and the people with March AOR got the portal email from Vancouver VO

I haven't heard any of my friends got portal if they received their AOR after January, before this. Maybe Vancouver IRCC is starting working on CEC files? I hope so.

I don't know where she lives. Only information I know is she called ircc once in May.4th, got this reply:
Eligibility not started
Criminality passed (this is not common in Van office, mine with AOR 2.03 is still in process, I had RCMP report submitted same as her)
Security not start
Office Vancouver.

She havent call IRCC again till received portal.

I am thinking Vancouver VO is not at all working but this i am not aware that 2 pnp candidates received copr. In this group most of the people are cec applicants who are waiting from December AOR

Portal was sent out from Etobicoke.
