Yes from the webform. It said eligibility has been initiated. I read somewhere that this happens if it has been passed by the agent and it goes back to not started when the officer reviews it
Have you asked, why it’s take so slow ? And when it’s last time when they touch your case ?
I am on same AOR, they told eligibility not started, I expect gcms notes this week, will keep posted here.

No update after that. File was initially in Sydney and it is now in Vancouver, may be after medical is done. When I called ladt time, they told it is progressing, eligibility not started, called 3 times already so keeping quite now to receive gcms notes.
Me is ITA Feb 13 too, also case from Sydney to Vancouver after eligibility recommend passed. I ordered 2 times GCMS and called IRCC 4 times, but still stucked in criminality.
Almost same state called 3 times and ordered gcms notes ...nothing much to be done ... they are not even starting the process
Sure, we will hope for best, we heard from April thread that someone got PR who applied on April a d from Vancouver, so it looks like moving.
