I don't know, it's all so random and frustrating.

I just had a call with IRCC agent. Nothing has changed on my file since Jan 27. Eligibility Still 'Not Started', however she said, "Once your file is picked up, it should move quickly because Eligibility is usually a quick process. Your file is in last phase of application. Just that an officer has to pick it up to complete the 'Eligibility' stage.".

Medical: Passed
Biometric: Passed
BG: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Passed
Eligibility: Not Started

VO is still Vancouver; SVO is Sydney, NS.

Really? I always thought "Eligibility" is the most time-consuming process!

Guess I will get my work permit extension earlier than my PR approval IRCC at Vancouver might be working in LIFO (Last in First out) mode than FIFO (First in First Out)

You mean BOWP? When does your PGWP expire? Mine is in June.

AOR 26th October. GU 27th Jan.
Tracker shows all complete except Eligibility.
Eligibility is “in progress” since Feb 9th. I called twice.Both those times I heard that eligibility is in progress. File is in VO Vancouver. Not sure how much more time it will take.

Don't forget that for some people, it went straight from "Not Started" to approval email hahaha. It could be you!!

My VO and SVO are also the same, AOR 25 August 2022.
As per the IRCC agent, my Eligibility is also complete and the Final decision is pending since Feb 2.
But the tracker is still showing Eligibility processing.

I don’t know if “in progress” is a good thing or a bad sign lol. I’ve also seen many get an approval without eligibility on tracker changing to “in progress”

Someone said: "In Progress" is Recommended Pass; another said: It's "Needs Review" (and that was their case!)

Hmm, right. I called IRCC yesterday and all I got told was “no additional documents required” and nothing is missing but eligibility is still in progress.

Oh same! I got that similar response.
I hope they mass approve us soon!!!
