Interesting article on how IRCC processes immigration applications, looks like its purely a "game of luck". If you are lucky, your file will be the random file that gets picked up from the bin for next stage processing.

which actually makes sense, right... basically this tells us that they are having a backlog, and only process late Sept AOR as of now... which also means that if we are still stuck with Vancouver VO, we might have to wait a bit longer until our files with AOR of Oct and Nov get touched

I believe we are in these "placeholders" bins right now. People who got their notes, did you check where (Office code) your files are?

Just received portal email this morning! About a week after eligibility changed to in progress
