It could be that Vancouver VO doesn't update the tracker. I've read that Edmonton VO doesn't. Many ppl (having Edmonton VO) received their portal email while having Eligibility/BG as Not started...

If they would not have seen updates, I'm assuming all/ most of those people would have at least seen GUs in their online account.

in the October thread, a guy with AOR Oct 25 just received a correspondence from Vancouver VO asking for updated letter of employment (the original ones didn't include this info.), so I guess our files could be touched soon, and those with earlier AOR could be waiting for BG...

I think Vancouver office is working on Eligibility. I think employment belongs to part of eligibility.

I guess you’re correct. Probably applications that require additional information from applicants are processed there
