Does if any1 knows if Vancouver island university re-issues letter of acceptance and defers admission to january 2015 intake if my study permit is denied for the september 2014 intake.

The first letter of acceptance issued is no more useful because it as august 28 as resumption, which I can not tender again to the embassy to re-apply.

Also the tution fee of a semester as been paid, although can be refunded but want it defered for january 2015 intak. But don't know if Vancouver island will re-issue another of Letter of acceptance to re-apply.

yes, you can apply.
deadline for jan 2015 intake is till october ( not very sure )
but it depends, some competitive course fills fast, so check with the college website.
for tuition also check with college website
