Validity of the provincial nomination if at all an EE profile is returned as incomplete/rejected?

Hi Folks,

Is PNP valid to a EE profile or is it valid to an individual?

Just curious I heard that EE gets rejected if their is a mismatch on any of the documents and there is no option for us to get a review once it has come either as reject or incomplete application.

Its bit strange that they don't provide an option to review the application again
