My home country is Vietnam but currently I'm not living in Vietnam. I already applied and got the police clearance for Vietnam last month on 30 April and plan to submit my PR application next month after getting the ITA. My question is whether there is any problem if I return back to Vietnam for 2 days, fly out and then submit my PR application later in the month? Will my police certificate be valid for submission if I do that?
I read from somewhere that I must not return back to a country that I already got the police certificate between the date of the certificate and the date of documents submission.
