Validity of PCC issued for other countries in Australia

Hi All,

Recently, I have got the invitation to apply for PR in Canada.
I have a PCC which was issued for Australia in December.
Can I use the same for Canadian PR too?

The certificate says that the document has been issued to apply for visa to Commonwealth of Australia.

How old is the PCC? It can't be more than three months old at the time it reaches CIC.

Second Line updated in my applications. Need help with some clarifications....


Hi All,

I am August 20th applicant and visa office I applied for is - NDVO. The second line has been updated in my application and looks like they have started processing my application from March 23rd. I have following questions / clarifications and need some experts to help with.

- When I applied for FSW I was in US and I picked NDVO as visa office. During the process, I have moved to Canada on a company transfer / WP. Will my medical request be for a Canadian location? I have updated my Canada address in eCAS screen.


- Also, do we need to send the passports to Delhi for visa stamping or this can happen at some other visa office in Canada.

- On a separate note, should consider the PR done or there could be any variables which may still come our way.

As I always, I appreciate your help and value your advise.
