Need to clarify in the case of spouse sponsor the medicals /police clearence are done at the begining and submitted with the complete application. In most cases its seen that the visa is not processed during the time line of the medicals being valid, so what happens in this case, has the spouse to redo the medicals.

tks............

The validity of medical reports are one year. But the police clearance' validity depends on the country which issue it. And ofcourse the request of visa office.

Medicals valid for one year.
Police clearance valid for one year but must not be more than 3 months old when you submit your application.
As a tip, if your medical is about to expire and you have not gotten your PPR yet, re-do the medical even if the visa office has not asked for a re-do. You cannot enter Canada with an invalid medical anyways so you will be saving yourself time.
