Validity of job offer

When I created my profile in express entry in December,2019 I have 1 year valid job offer form Canada employer. I have 463 points. Looking at the trend, this doesn't seems to be good and planning to improve my score.

My job offer validity will expire in 2021-Jan-21. If I make update to my profile after 2020-Jan-20, Will my job offer becomes invalid ?

Should I update my profile by 2020-Jan-20, Since my job offer is not valid for 1year since then ?

I'm not really sure what you mean or I don't understand the situation, but I wanted to check that you have an LMIA for your job offer or that it is LMIA- exempt as I think many people have issues with this, so I thought I'd mention

I am in LMIA exempt - Intra company transfer, staying here since Jan 2017. My job assignment is until Jan-31 -2021. So when I created my express entry profile I mentioned I have job offer for 1 year. My question is starting from Feb,2020 my assignment is not valid for one year as it is ending Jan,2021. However my assignment is likely to be extended, but letter will be issued only after the expiration of current one ending , Jan 2021. Will my answers on express entry profile becomes invalid as my assignment is not valid for one year starting from Feb,2020.
