validity of English Proficiency Test

I read in the guide that exams like IETLS must not more than a year old at the time of submission of application.

For Federal Skills Workers, is the same condition true Step 1 while applying to Nova Scotia, Canada ???

Normally, IETLS is valid for 2 years from date of test.

Yes it does. Validity is 2 years, but it will still be acceptable it is not more than 1 year old at the time of submission.
