Validation of Temporary Visa On Must Leave Date

Dear All,
I have 3 years multiple visa to visit Canada. Upon my arrival to the airport the officer stamped and issued a record that I must leave Canada on a certain date. My question is my visitor visa still valid after the date mentioned on my passport. Can I visit Canada in the future during the remaining duration of the visa?

1. You are confusing the Visitor Record and the Visitor Visa (TRV)
2. The Visitor record issued on entry shows how long you can stay in Canada. The TRV allows you to come to Canada up to the date of it's expiry.
3. Yes your TRV is still valid as it is multiple entry.
