validation of forms

Hi guys, just wanna ask if anyone encountered this too, i validated our forms and it was completed succesfully and produce barcodes but when i tried printing them out on computer shop, it was printed with red boxes T.T and the barcodes are missing too.. what should i do?

Fill out the form, validate it and save it as a new file. Then try taking this new file to the computer/printing shop. The shop also needs to have an updated Adobe Reader software that supports this type of PDF files with validation
