Validation error in personal history section

Hi guys, was wondering if someone can help me with the situation of validation error in the personal history section. I have completed my personal activity section with no gap in month and year in the past 10 years, (since there is no choice to include date, so I used only month and year in 'since what year's and 'to' tab) yet I keep getting this "problematic field: Personal activity' message when I try to submit the application. Can someone please guide me with this step?

It means you are missing some dates. I had the same trouble when I thought I entered everything correctly. Then I asked my friend and spouse to look at it and they found the error.
