Validation bar code

Hi there,

Just recently submit my application to sponsor my spouse, using the new form IMM 0008 (with the validation), we did validate it but i forgot to put the bar code on top of each application forms, would it be a reason for the delay on our application?

Not necessarily although it would be much easier for the officer to scan the bar code rather than enter peruse through each paper.
