Validating IMM5669

Hi Everyone,

I've recently submitted a request for a visa for my Portuguese husband. We've had a request for an IMM5669 form but we cannot validate it. There's no button anywhere and it's been driving me crazy! It was so easy with the other forms. I'm so confused! Help!

double check to make sure you are filling out the most recent version of the form at the bottom left corner of each page which i believe is ver (06-2017)
