VALIDATED BUT NO BARCODE PAGE GENERATED, PLEASE HELP

Hi my applicaton form Schedule A or IMM 5669E is not giving me a barcode .It saying validation completed but no Barcode page . My adobe is up to date as i got the barcode for the other forms.only this one is not. At first when i choosed the ongoing box for the education and employment section the TO field becomes gray and if click validate it says "To" field can not be left blank . So i unclicked the ongoing box and put a date in the TO field . now it got validated bot no barcode page generated. what should i do now ... :(

please help me out ..

I believe this form does not actually generate a barcode. Are you using the new application kit? If so, this form is not supposed to be included when you mail the application. You should read the checklist and the guide. The PA will be asked to fill this out and upload it upon successfully linking to MyCIC.

Hi,

When I press Validate on the form the word NO appears in the top right box. Is this ok? It says Office use only...and nothing is marked in red on my form- is the form complete and that's how I should link it to the account?
 
all good now-just realized I had some polish letters in the form. After deleting it got validated:-)
