Valid Work Permit and No Job Offer

Hello All,

I am currently in India with Valid Canada Work permit. i got the WP through my employer. Now i am planning to quite the company as no recent future opportunities in Canada from my company.

Case 1:

Can i travel to Canada with WP (without any job offer) and find the job once i go there? Please advice.

Case 2:
My wife has open work permit. If Case 1 is not possible, can she travel and find the job opportunities?
