Valid Job Offer

Hey Guys,

Can someone please tell me if my job offer is valid under express entry? I have been working for my current employer in Canada for 18 months now on an open work permit through International experience class. I was made permanent by the company after my probationary period so I have a full time job 40+ hours per week, the job is listed as being a Human Resource Coordinator which falls under NOC Code B.

As I haven been made permanent I would be employed for one year or longer after receiving PR. I think that my job is LMIA exempt as I have been employed for over one year of full time work on my open work permit through International Experience Class which I think makes it exempt under the Canadian interests category from what I can tell from the website.

Does that sound right? Can I say that I have a valid job offer?

Open work permits do not qualify for a valid job offer. Only those that are LMIA exempt AND employer specific (closed work permits) qualify.

In Job offer is it mandatory to mention hours,my company is providing job offer but they are mentioning as full time job offer not the hours
