Can someone please tell me if my job offer is valid under express entry? I have been working for my current employer in Canada for 18 months now on an open work permit through International experience class. I was made permanent by the company after my probationary period so I have a full time job 40+ hours per week, the job is listed as being a Human Resource Coordinator which falls under NOC Code B.
As I haven been made permanent I would be employed for one year or longer after receiving PR. I think that my job is LMIA exempt as I have been employed for over one year of full time work on my open work permit through International Experience Class which I think makes it exempt under the Canadian interests category from what I can tell from the website.
Does that sound right? Can I say that I have a valid job offer?
